Many people, when they think of Prestwick Airport, think of 'Elvis' and an underused passenger terminal. It's so much more than this! Join our tour and uncover a wonderful varied history that will astound you!
Learn about the founders of Prestwick Airport and the amazing vision, passion , belief and sheer determination that they had in setting up the airport and Scottish Aviation.
To start, we have organised a 1.8 mile, 1.5 - 2 hours walking tour of the north side of the airfield. This gives a great view of the whole airfield and a number of stops will enable us to relate the rich history of aviation at Prestwick and the amazing stories that go along with this history.
